I purchased a Honda CRV Hybrid on May 9, 2025. My wife and I were assisted in the purchase by Mr Joseph Cuellar. We had shortlisted a couple of models and finally chose the CRV Hybrid. Mr. Cuellar explained all the car features, helped with the test drive and paperwork. We completed the finance procedures with Mr. Lucas Grendahl who explained the various financing options clearly. Mr. Cuellar was very knowledgeable and helped make the entire purchase an easy experience.

Sent a video of what needed to be done (and where the car was checked out). Clear about what they thought needed to be done (with all relevant information) and why so you could make a decision.

Great customer service on Angel Corral side, but when it came to getting our car ready for pick up after it was tinted they took forever to get it washed and detailed almost two and a half hours to get it ready for me to be able to drive it home I don't know if you guys were shorthanded that day but not good, and if you don't believe me you can ask Angel i kept asking him over and over "how much longer" possible longer than two and a half hours sitting on my butt ... Person I dealt with was really rude. Quoted for items that didn’t need to be done. Also, radio is not working right, issues with blue tooth connections they suggested that we had too many devices connected. We followed their suggestions, but still having the same issue. Not sure they even looked at it, just dismissed as a user error. Having issues with hesitation. Have had them look at it three times, but dismissed as no issues found.

My experience was seamless from start to finish. I was in and out without a single issue, and I never once felt any pressure from the sales or finance teams. I needed to take my crv in for recalls and when called the guy I spoke to was nice but used verbiage that discouraged me from going in sooner than later. There was not a line out the door and it didnt even take long to check in my car or have an estimated completed time. Zaira was very nice. Visit was efficient and advisor was polite, patient and knowledgeable. Shop was clean and inviting. One unpleasant experience was that when in the waiting room, popcorn was being made and when I asked for a bag, the lady refused to give me a bag until she finished while she was handing bags of popcorn to employees and their children. One employee signaled to her that I was waiting, she handed me a bag rudely. I asked for a bag for my wife who was in the waiting area, the lady who was an employee made a face. Not nice!

Iam not satisfied with the after sale how long does it really take to get licenses and for somebody to answer the phone but when they wanted more information I always was help to make the deal

Express service works out great. I needed to have a recall service and I have to drive a long distance, but Rudolph no longer offers appointments, so it makes it a challenge to get my recall done.

Service was fine as always, but I was a little disappointed as I had booked an appointment online for an oil change and state inspection. I was told the appointment didn't matter; service was first come, first serve. The oil change was taken care of but I was told there were 10 cars ahead of me for the inspection so I did not get that done. Why even bother with appointments?

Was able to get what we wanted within a couple of hours, service was great.

Extremely pleased with Salvador Cardenas who was our salesperson! He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to help us with whatever we needed. It’s difficult to find a person who is willing to take the time to explain things you don’t understand about a new vehicle, but Salvador Contreras is a very knowledgeable, helpful person and does take the time to help! Also Christian in finance is also a great person to work with. We had a wonderful experience working with these two young men.
