A Native El Pasoan, Matt grew up in the family’s auto business. Summers were spent working and learning in all different departments of the dealership.
But the dealership alone did not keep him busy; Matt was very involved in athletics, civic organizations, clubs and community service work in both high school (Coronado) and college (SMU in Dallas, and then Texas Tech in Lubbock).
Majoring in Advertising and Public Relations with a minor in Marketing, Matt is well versed on how to differentiate Rudolph Honda from other dealers, and how to provide what customers want. This was evident when he began at Rudolph Honda as sales manager, then was promoted to General Manager, and ultimately earned dealer status.
As such, Matt is one of the youngest dealers in Texas and is proud to have proven his expertise in running a dealership effectively and efficiently. A team spirit thrives at Rudolph Honda due not only to the excellent product it carries, but the energy and integrity of its’ employees.
In the end, customers define the value of a dealership; and under Matt’s leadership, Rudolph Honda has earned outstanding customer service rankings and the reputation for excellence among its customers.
Matt lives in El Paso with his wife and looks forward to the continued growth and success of Rudolph Honda.
